We have a discussion of what direction you want to go in pursuit of your goals. Is that going through a strength phase, lifting an Overhead Squat of 225 or just wanting to feel good in your body.
Experienced Strength Coach
I have spent hundreds of hours coaching and training people on the gym floor. I have spent thousands of hours lifting weights as an athlete. Introducing them to movements, correcting their movements and then pushing them to be their best selves through the movement. I am a CrossFit Level 2 Trainer.
$55/session or $300 for 6 sessions
Private Group Bootcamps
Have a group of friends that you would like to work out with. Or have employees that you would like to get ready for the upcoming rafting season or ski season? I can design and coach a custom program with your specific group’s goals and needs.
Prices vary for Group sessions - the more that sign up, the more the price goes down
